Taxi Cheese

"How long have you been a taxi driver?"

"Oh, i'm not, I make Cheese."

Within the 10 min taxi ride I was given the ins and outs of the cheese world throughout Venezuela.  My favorite quote was, "I can make over 25 different kinds of Cheese, and I'm writing a book."  Oh, I'll add that to my list of books to read.

You just never know who you'll meet while riding in a taxi.
