So, i live in a gated community and I often go down to the courtyard with my roommate Oscar to talk and enjoy the cool night breeze. Funny thing, we people watch all night long. Quite an experience at these later hours of the night.
About a week ago Oscar (who has a girlfriend) dared me to greet a pretty young lady with a "good evening" of my own. Unbenounced to him, I accepted his challenge and prompted a lovely response from this fine 15 yr-old after a simple "Buenas."
And now I take you to tonight. I'm about to move below to once again to greet the habitants of our secure towers. Hopefully and with a little luck I'll greet someone, they may be old, they may be young, but be assured they'll be greeted with a simple "Buenas" followed by a short pause then a suttle giggle from my daring roommate.
